Book a trip that will inspire and excite your students at the Southampton Boat Show!
Working in partnership with Southampton City Council we are offering local schools free admission.
INTERESTED IN BOOKING?
For Colleges, Universities, Adult Education, Educational Institutes or Social Clubs
If you are an educational institute catering for pupils 16 years or above, there is the opportunity for you to arrange a visit to the Show for free. This is limited to the number of institutes permitted under this scheme and also the number of tickets per institute.
All requests will be on a first come first served basis with no guarantee of qualifying for free tickets. All requests will be responded to individually to advise if you have been successful.
Complete the Registration Form to register your interest, and if successful you will also be required to complete and return the additional forms:
Planning a school trip to the Southampton Boat Show couldn't be simpler.
- Free Information Sheet - Important details for your visit such as meeting points, nearest first aid centre etc to download, print and distribute to your students.
- Risk Assessment - To make your visit safe please read through the Safety/Risk Assessment form, complete your details and return back to the Schools team
- Site Visit Tickets - Tickets are provided for a planning and research trip before your actual visit date - details requested as per your Registration form.
- Parking - There are plenty of areas to park around the Show. For more details visit the ‘Getting to the Show’ page.
