A chartered Naval Architect and graduate from Southampton University Stephen’s career started in Project Management and progressed to leading and developing organisations principally in the Superyacht Sector.

Over the last 30 years Justin has been actively involved within the marine industry. From designer to yacht broker, journalist, boat tester and back to boat design he understands the industry, the clients and what it takes to design the best.

Steph is an accomplished and passionate Recruitment Consultant specialising in the yacht and superyacht design sector.

Brought up in Devon by the sea, Douglas graduated from Solent University after studying yacht design.

Jeff has over 35 years’ experience working within the marine industry. He has a high-profile reputation in the international marina sector, particularly in the field of superyachts, and is a regular speaker at marina and superyacht conferences.

Winning the competition in 2019 opened the door to some great opportunities after I finished my degree. The placements I was offered with Olesinski and Pendennis gave me the invaluable experience of working in the industry.
